Do you still have questions after searching through our site? We want you to feel comfortable with your visit to Rascal’s Fun Zone and are happy to answer anything! Below are some of our frequently asked questions.
We currently have two different ways to pay for a go-kart ride. You can pay per attraction ride (choose from one of our four go-kart tracks, mini-golf, spin zone, or blaster boats) starting at $8 per attraction ticket, $44 for 6 attraction tickets, or $86 for 12 attraction tickets. You also have the option to purchase an all day wristband for $36, 3-hour wristband for $29, 2-hour wristband for $25 or 1-hour wristband for $20.
For the safety of our guests, shoes are required to ride all of the rides. Closed toed shoes are preferred on the go-karts. Hair longer than shoulder length is required to be pulled back if you are riding a go-kart. Shirts are required to enter the building.
Safety is always our top priority. If the weather wets the tracks enough to make them unsafe, management will close the outdoor go-kart tracks. If lightning is in the area, outdoor attractions will be closed. Outdoor attractions will re-open as quickly as possible. Indoor activities include the Indoor Family Gran Prix track, the Rookie track, Spin Zone, Duck Pin Bowling and the arcade. They are open all year round and are good options on days with inclement weather.
In order to determine which go-karts you can ride, we will measure you by height. There is no weight limit, but you need to be able to securely fasten the seatbelt to ride. You can find the height requirements on the go-karts page.
As much as we love action shots from our attractions, we do not recommend having your camera or phone out during rides. Rascal’s Fun Zone is not responsible for any damaged cameras or phones used during a ride.
Fun and games can really bring a team together. We always welcome businesses and visiting groups to plan a day of team building fun. Simply contact us and we will help you put a package together that meets your needs!
Guests of all ages with special needs are welcome to visit the park. If you are in a wheel chair and want to ride as a passenger on one of the attractions, please let one of our team members know. We can open the exit gate for easier access to the ride. Please know that the safety of all guests and employees is of utmost importance. If a guest cannot safely drive an attraction, then he or she is welcome to ride as a passenger. If you have sensitivity to crowds or sounds, we recommend coming early in the morning before the park is busy and loud. Please contact us ahead of time to make special arrangements at the opening of the park to meet your needs.
No, there isn’t a discount if our outdoor attractions are closed for any reason. We ask that you carefully plan your visit with weather in mind if you want to enjoy the outdoor attractions. If you are worried about impending weather, it is recommended to pay per attraction. Pay per attraction passes allow you to use your attractions at any time and do not expire.
