At Rascal’s Fun Zone, safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our riders meet the height requirements for each attraction as well as adhere to other policies in place to help keep everyone safe. Our team members carefully check every rider to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
KEEP IT FAMILY FRIENDLY
We strive to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. We have a strict policy against alcohol and profanity within the park, and any disruptive behavior that could potentially compromise the safety or enjoyment of our guests will not be tolerated. In such instances, we reserve the right to ask the individual(s) to leave the premises.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request that smoking is confined to designated areas and ashtrays are used where available. Additionally, we ask that you are mindful of families with children and exercise courtesy when smoking.
If you require medical assistance for any reason during your visit to Rascal’s Fun Zone, please inform a staff member immediately. Our staff is trained to respond promptly and will notify the manager on duty to ensure proper care is provided.
For your safety, certain rides may have restrictions that prevent guests who are pregnant, have back, neck, or heart conditions, broken bones, or any other physical or medical conditions or injuries from participating.
GO-KART SAFETY REGULATIONS
To ensure your safety while riding our go-karts, we ask that you please follow these rules:
- Secure any loose hair, clothing, purses, or other personal items. Please note that Rascal’s Fun Zone is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or damaged during the ride.
- Footwear must be worn.
- Stay seated in your go-kart at all times.
- Keep your hands and feet inside the go-kart; do not reach out during the ride.
- Do not bump or swerve into other go-karts, and avoid reckless driving.
- Always wear your seatbelt and follow all signals and instructions given by our staff.
- Drive in one direction only; never drive in reverse.
- Failure to obey these rules may result in forfeiture of the ride or future rides.
PARTICIPANT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
In order to ensure their safety, group participants must meet the height and rule restrictions that are in place for each attraction at our park. These restrictions are strictly enforced by our staff, and we appreciate your cooperation in following them.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose any personal belongings during your visit to Rascal’s Fun Zone, please notify our staff as soon as possible. We will check our lost-and-found located in the arcade or collect your contact information should your item be found later. After every shift, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of each ride and return any belongings that may have been left behind by guests. Please note that Rascal’s Fun Zone is not responsible for any personal items that are lost during your visit.

If you’re following us on social media, you may notice that we occasionally take photos of guests who have won large prizes in the arcade or are having an absolute blast at Rascal’s Fun Zone. Before we post these photos, we always ask for permission. If you prefer not to be included in social media posts, please inform a team member. We also conduct professional photography and videography for advertising and public relations purposes. If you don’t want to be included, just tell a team member, and we’ll honor your request.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Rascal’s Fun Zone is open all year, but our operating hours may change depending on the season. Please note that outdoor attractions may sometimes close due to factors such as season or weather. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
