Park Policies & Ride Safety

Park Policies:

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted beyond the entrances to the park nor within eight feet of any entrance. Guests who smoke or vape are encouraged to do so in or near their vehicles.
• Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
• Except for store-bought cakes or cupcakes, outside food and drink are not allowed inside Rascal’s Fun Zone. You will be asked to return any outside food or drink to your vehicle. Individuals with dietary restrictions or special needs may be allowed to bring their food or drink that accommodates their specific requirements.
• Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the venue during their visit.
• Obey all safety instructions and signage throughout the park. Failure to obey rules may forfeit the ride. Guests who do not obey the rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Any disruptive behavior that could potentially compromise the safety or enjoyment of our staff and guests will not be tolerated. In such instances, we reserve the right to ask the individual(s) to leave the premises without a refund.
• Rascal’s Fun Zone shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to personal property. Guests agree to indemnify Rascal’s Fun Zone against any claims or damages arising from non-compliance with the policies.

Accessibility:

• Guests must transfer from wheelchairs or electric vehicles to ride attractions.

Service Animal Advisory:

• With the exception of service animals, pets or animals are not allowed on the premises.

Rascal’s Fun Zone is a profanity, tobacco, drug, and alcohol-free facility. Failure to obey will lead to removal from the property.

Safety Warning:

• All rides are driver-controlled, action-oriented attractions with associated risks, and you are riding at your own risk.

Ride Policies:

• USE safety equipment including seat belts, shoulder harnesses, and brakes.
• KEEP hands, arms, and legs inside rides at all times.
• Hair past shoulder length must be tied up.
• The seating and restraints on an attraction may prohibit guests of certain body shapes or sizes from riding.
• DO NOT take pictures or videos while enjoying an attraction. The Track is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• OBSERVE height restrictions. (see below)
• WATCH the ride in operations and make sure you or your child can ride it safely.
• DO NOT force your child to ride if they are frightened.

Do Not Participate if You Have Any of the Following Conditions:

• Recent surgery or illness
• Heart conditions
• Neck, back, or bone ailments
• High blood pressure or aneurysms
• Pregnancy
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
