Party Policies

• Party organizers and guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled start time to set up decorations or other party items.
• Please ensure your guests arrive on time to avoid missing any part of the festivities. If your package includes attraction wristbands, please note that all wristbands will have the same start and end times. If your package includes time play game cards, time play will expire at the end of the day, but any funds on a card will never expire.
• Parties will take place in a shared space. While tables will be specifically reserved for you, please be aware that there may be other parties sharing the same area.
• We provide the tablecloth, plates, cups, napkins, and plasticware. Should you prefer to bring and set up any of your own tableware, you may do so on the day of your event—we only ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the event date. Alternatively, you may provide the supplies to us the day before the event, and we will be happy to set them up for you. We will not accept items beyond one day before the event.
• Party organizers are responsible for setting up any decorations. Please note that we are not equipped with helium for balloons, so plan accordingly.
• Piñatas, confetti, glitter, and similar materials are not allowed. No items that may cause damage or leave residues are allowed.
• While we clean up your tables once your party has ended, we kindly ask that you and your guests do not leave an excessive mess.
• So that others after you may fully enjoy their party experience, we kindly ask that you promptly vacate your tables at your scheduled end time.
• So that we can prepare accordingly and make any necessary accommodations, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event with any changes to your party, including but not limited to add-ons and guest count. We cannot guarantee any accommodations if notified within 48 hours of the event date.
• We do not offer refunds, rain checks, or discounts should any attractions, indoor or outdoor, close for any reason during your visit.

All outstanding balances will be owed before leaving Rascal’s Fun Zone. We will request both the payer’s valid state ID or driver’s license and their signature agreeing to these terms upon arrival. The person to sign the payment agreement must be the cardholder paying the deposit.

In the event of a party cancellation for any reason, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule your party up to 180 days beyond the original party date, and your deposit will transfer. • All rides are driver-controlled, action-oriented attractions with associated risks, and you are riding at your own risk.
• Safety restraints must be properly worn at all times.
• Hair past shoulder length must be tied up.
• The seating and restraints on an attraction may prohibit guests of certain body shapes or sizes from riding.
• Do not take pictures or videos while enjoying any ride.
• OBSERVE height restrictions.
• KEEP hands, arms, and legs inside rides at all times.
• USE safety equipment including seat belt, shoulder harnesses, and brakes.
• WATCH the ride in operations and make sure you or your child can ride it safely.
• DO NOT force your child to ride if they are frightened.
• DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  Recent surgery or illness
  Heart conditions
  Neck, back, or bone ailments,
  High blood pressure or aneurysms
  Pregnancy
  Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted beyond the entrances to the park nor within eight feet of any entrance. Guests who smoke or vape are encouraged to do so in or near their vehicles.
• Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
• With the exception of store-bought cake or cupcakes, outside food and drink are not allowed inside Rascal’s Fun Zone. You will be asked to return any outside food or drink to your vehicle. Individuals with dietary restrictions or special needs may be allowed to bring their own food or drink that accommodates their specific requirements.
• Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the venue during their visit.
• With the exception of service animals, pets or animals are not allowed on the premises.
• Obey all safety instructions and signage throughout the park. Failure to obey rules may forfeit the ride. Guests who do not obey the rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Any disruptive behavior that could potentially compromise the safety or enjoyment of our staff and guests will not be tolerated. In such instances, we reserve the right to ask the individual(s) to leave the premises without a refund.
• Rascal’s Fun Zone shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to personal property. Guests agree to indemnify Rascal’s Fun Zone against any claims or damages arising from non-compliance with the policies.
